What We Offer
Each modality is a doorway — choose the one that calls you.
Touch
A moment to pause, breathe, and allow the nervous system to relax — while the body regains mobility and natural flow.
I work with traditional Thai massage, guided by a sensitive listening to your body. Each session begins with a brief moment of arrival — how does your body feel today — and from there we move directly into the massage.
This work supports your body in releasing accumulated tension and restoring natural movement. Through touch, stretching, and gentle but sustained pressure, your body is invited to soften and return to a state of balance. Over time, this practice can help improve your mobility, calm your nervous system, and deepen the connection with your own body.

Testimonials
My story
My name is Javiera, creator of Grounding Bodywork. I support women in reconnecting with their bodies and vital energy through Thai massage, the wisdom of the elements, and somatic practices that awaken their power of regeneration.
Movement and the body have always been a meeting point with myself, while a deep curiosity about ancient wisdom and its mysteries has been a heartfelt calling. Over time, these paths came together to form what I now call Grounding Bodywork.
My path has been shaped by different chapters of my life. I spent ten years as a dancer, exploring the language of the body through movement. At the same time, I attended a high school with technical studies in gastronomy, where I first discovered the relationship between food, nourishment, and well-being.
After finishing school, my work experiences led me to study aesthetics, opening the door to the world of massage therapy.
After a few years, my body simply said: enough. Despite visiting different doctors and trying various treatments, nothing seemed to bring lasting well-being.
That moment became a turning point. I began studying ancient wisdom traditions, including Thai massage and Ayurveda, gradually weaving these teachings together with my previous experiences in movement, cooking, and bodywork.
Little by little, this integration began to take shape. Over time, it blossomed into what I now share as Grounding Bodywork.
Welcome back to the root.
